While we wait for things to get back to normal and our venue the Phoenix to be ready these ‘mini’ events are a bit of an experiment. It’s an ‘Everything Event’ created by you our wonderful members. Bring along your games, crafts or just yourself and see what activities are in the hall. We’ll bring some options too of course! For July we’ll be attempting some club records too!
We will be doing everything in our power to keep people safe and don’t worry if you don’t feel up to it we’ll be around for many years to come and still have online events. If you prefer to stay home our discord is always open too.
Possible things tonight: Doors open 6:30pm
- Bring your own creative writing, drawings, other craft projects (check with captain first if unsure)
- Bring your own games, lego and construction kits
- A selection of club records to try! news coming soon
- Creative writing activities (did you ever make a story from flux cards?), drawing materials, paper crafts etc
- 1 table available for anyone who want’s to run a dnd/roleplay game
- Bring your own snacks (with access to tea facilities)
- Golden badges and mugs if you haven’t collected yet
- Earn another event towards your 2022 Golden Club Badge.
- Limited to 20 people + the captain

- Please only attend if you feel 100% well and have had both vaccines
- Hand sanitizer will be provided but you’re welcome to bring your own
- Masks are recommended inside (except with medical exemption), we will have windows open where possible
- We will be taking contact details on the door for covid secureness

- Over 16’s only (16 and 17 year olds to bring an adult)
