Secular Hall
The Secular Hall is located five minutes walk from the Clock Tower, on Humberstone Gate.
It’s situated in a historic ornate building, home for many groups and activities along side the Secular Society itself. We meet on the ground floor in the large wooden-panelled hall, with access to a kitchen and accessible toilet. We currently use this venue for hosting our regular third Friday events.
If you’re super keen and arrive before 6:30pm the doors may be closed while we set up the nights event, simple message the captain or crew to see if we can open early.

Phoenix Square
The Phoenix is our second venue currently used for the Last Sunday Book Club.
Only a 10 minutes walk from the Clock Tower in the cultural quarter this state of the art building hosts the latest technology in 3D cinema, a restaurant and bar and is wheel chair accessible. For book club you’ll find us in the café, look for the club banner!
