StarBase Leicester Gathering – in person

It’s a DIY ‘Everything Event’ created by you our awesome members. Bring along your games, crafts or just yourself and see what activities are in the hall. We’ll bring some options too of course! Full StarBase Leicester events like pre-covid members will remember, will start again in 2023!

• Bring your own games, lego and construction kits, creative writing, drawings, other craft projects (check with captain if unsure)
• 1 table available for anyone who want’s to run a dnd/roleplay game (let the captain know)
• Bring your own snacks (with access to tea facilities, microwave and fridge)
• Golden badges and mugs if you haven’t collected yet
• Earn another event towards your 2022 Golden Club Badge.

We will be doing everything in our power to keep people safe and don’t worry if you don’t feel up to it we’ll be around for many years to come and still have online events. If you prefer to stay home our discord is always open too.

Covid changes:
• Limited to 25 people + the captain
• Eventbrite tickets required, first come first served, if spaces available on the night no ticket required. Ticket code is SBLreturns and they can be found at https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/o/starbase-leicester-8420429272
• Please only attend if you feel 100% well and have had both vaccines (bring proof).
• Hand sanitizer will be provided and you’re welcome to bring your own
• Masks are recommended inside (except with medical exemption), we will have windows open whenever possible
• We will be taking contact details for covid secureness

Other Important details:
• Over 16’s only (16 and 17 year olds, to bring an adult)
• Free, donations in person or online welcome to help pay for venue and prizes (https://www.paypal.com/paypalme/starbaseleicester) please select “sending to friend or family” as we are not a business. The venue currently costs £35 a time
